Savusavu Dental/Prosthodontia 2025
This mission consists of a full dental operatory of general dentists who will work with our Aseptico units at a field operatory at Wasawasa Lodge, complete with autoclaving capability. All of the dental supplies are provided by the foundation.
Includes:
Hand surgeons will offer reconstructive surgery to the hand which would include resetting of finger fractures and hand fractures. Fused fingers/toes can be repaired. Extra fingers/toes can be removed. Chronic infections can be addressed and tendon contractures can be repaired. Each day the team will work at the hospital in the operating theater performing surgeries on pre-screened patients. Five days of surgery and Sundays are at leisure to explore the island.
