OB/GYN SURGERY

Savusavu Hospital

This team will be returning to perform a multitude of surgeries. Each day the team will work at the hospital in the operating theater performing surgeries on pre-screened patients. Five days of surgery and Sundays are at leisure to explore the island.

The hospital is a fully functioning, electrified (daylight hours only) 30 bed inpatient hospital with two resident physicians who live on site.  There are childrens, mens, womens and obstetrics wards on site with resident nurses. A very nice operating theater is on site together with a labor and delivery room.    There is also a pharmacist who often has a full stock of medications. Loloma Foundation maintains a full supply of medications and surgical supplies on site.

Positions to be filled are nurses specializing in  PACU, Scrub Tech.

Accommodations will be at Wasawasa Lodge

$3,500.00 USD per person.  Includes:

  • round trip economy class air from Los Angeles to Savusavu, Fiji, inclusive of all taxes and surcharges

  • domestic land transfers

  • all applicable temporary medical and dental licenses

  • 7 nights accommodation at Wasawasa Lodge

  • 7 days of B,L and D, exclusive of beverages

Not Included:  diving, snorkeling and excursions on your day off.

 

Initial, non-refundable payment of $1800.00 is due by December 1st.

Final payment of $1700.00 is due by March 1, .
